At St Joseph's there is a recognition that parents are the first educators of their children. Parent involvement is actively sought as a positive and supportive relationship with parents helps student learning. There are many ways parents can participate in the life of the school. Some of these are, as parent help in class activities e.g. reading help, maths help, art/craft, library help. There is also an opportunity to help on excursions, sporting activities, tree planting and maintenance days.

Parents may also support the school as Community Council helpers.
