5 simple ways to balance Well-being.
1. Be Connected - Connect with family and friends
2. Be Active - Get some exercise - walking, running, yoga, anything -whatever makes you happy.
3. Be Present - Pay attention to whatever is taking place in the moment and watch how your mind relates to difficulty.
